Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born on fifteen August, 1994 in USA. Ashley isn't very open about her parents, however she does credit her grandfather for being the person who gave her the motivation to work to get fit. His grandfather was an avid bodybuilder as was in his 30s and 40s. Ashley started swimming when she was just of four and continued the sport for more than 10 years. There is a strong belief that Ashley competed in different competitions. However, she did not put in the time because she wasn't willing to adhere to strict diet rules so her body would function at its best. There's a strong belief that Ashley was popular in high school due to her gorgeous appearance and slender figure. However, it's not known whether or not Ashley dated during this time. When she graduated, Ashley decided not to enroll in college, but instead concentrate on her work as modeling fitness. Ashley was just 15 when she realized how unsatisfied she was with her body. In the direction of her grandpa, she began going to the gym but took the advice of her grandfather and began slow. She didn't realize she would be spending the next 9 years building her physique and slowly becoming an fitness model. Ashley was inspired by her success and competed at her first WBFF Las Vegas World Championships in 2014. She won 7th place and was motivated to work to be better. Ashley was awarded the fifth place at the WBFF World Championships in 2015. Following this she decided not to continue competing. She was receiving offers for photography shoots during her time participating, however she didn't want to combine her career, however when she stopped competing she decided to turn into an exercise model. Following her appearance on the front of an acclaimed fitness magazine she was then able to start her fitness modeling career when she signed with a modeling agency. She has since gained a reputation as a sought-after model. She has posed for numerous bikini companies and internationally renowned clothing brands.
