Anushka Sharma is an Bollywood actress and producer. She is the highest paid actor in Bollywood, and is recognized for her efforts. She is also the ambassador for various companies and also has a clothing line for women which is known as Nush. Forbes Magazine also featured her. Anushka Sharma's parents include Kumar Sharma and Ashima Sharma. Anushka Sharma's father was an old colonel. Anushka's mother is a housewife. Anushka's elder brother Karnesh Sharma served in Merchant Navy and now is an independent film maker. Anushka has completed her studies at the Army School Bangalore. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Carmel College in Bangalore. Anushka has a Masters in Arts (Economics). Anushka Sharma did not want to make it as an actor and she hoped to turn into a fashion model or even a writer. Anushka enrolled in Elite Model Management after graduating and underwent training by Prasad Bidapa, the stylist consultant. Anushka was first spotted in 2017 at Wendell Rodricks Les Vamps Show. She was also selected to represent the collection Spring Summer 2007 of Rodricks. Anushka has worked with several brands since she made her debut models at Lakme Fashion Week. She's been involved in campaigns for Fiat Palio, Silk & Shine Whisper Nathella Jewelry, as well as Fiat Palio. Anushka Sharma alongside her modelling career joined an acting school and began giving auditions for movies. Anushka Sharma made her acting debut in the movie Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi with Shah Rukh Khan. To prepare herself for the screening, Anushka Sharma spent all day. Then, she signed on for three movies in collaboration with Yash Raj Films. The film in which she starred performed the part of a young, middle-aged bride man (the part Shah Rukh Khan was playing). The film was hit on the box office and was the second-highest-grossing movie of 2008. Anushka was in 2010's 'Badmash Company" alongside Shahid Kapoor Meiyang Chang, Vir Das. The film received mixed reviews. In the same year, Anushka Sharma appeared in the movie 'Band Baaja Baaraat' along with Ranveer Singh where she played the role of a middle-class Punjabi girl who starts her own wedding-planning business. It was a surprise hit and was praised by the critics. Anushka was able to complete the contract for three films in partnership with Yash Raj Films.
